DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS & IMAGES

We have made sure that all of our images portray the item for sale as accurately as possible. However, although rarely, there might be slight differences in colour which could occur from time to time. Please also note that the images you see will depend on the device’s displaying competency that you are using to view it in, whether it be a mobile device, television, a laptop or a computer’s monitor. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that items purchased are an absolute exact representation of the actual merchandise.

Our website allows you to view all the product’s images in larger sizes and higher quality by pressing the + sign at the corner of each product’s image. Every model of computer monitor, mobile device and television is different, with a variety of resolutions and screen settings. As a result the sizes of our products images may appear to alter. However, we do make every attempt to make our online image archive as accurate as possible, and our product description and images are regularly checked to ensure that.

GUARANTEE & SECURITY OF PRODUCTS

All shipments are fully insured and traceable using reputable and trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and UPS. For added security orders must be signed for on delivery, which will require someone to be present at the delivery address. All users whether have registered with us or are ordering as guests will be sent a tracking number in their emails to allow them to track the items till they receive it.

All of your details are sent securely through our server using 256-bit Comodo PositiveSSL security. This guarantees the highest possible encryption levels for online transactions. Each certificate is a 2048 bit industry standard SSL security and provides up to 256 bit encryption of customer data. We use Paypal and Stripe Gateway to process our payments to ensure the payments have been made securely and as smoothly as possible.

MATERIALS & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Some of the Jewelleries we sell are considered as Custome Jewelleries or better known as Fashion Jewelleries. This means that they are manufactured with materials that aren’t precious metals or diamonds. Instead, materials such as environmental copper and Cubic Zirconia are used. Although rare, there is a chance that it might trigger allergies. In every product’s page, we list the exact materials that makes up the product in the additional information tab and it is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that none of the products if bought and worn will cause you an allergy if it were to occur.

We source our materials and products from reputable sources and we ensured that every material and product we sell is as safe as they can get. We check every product before it leaves our facility and try our best that they are clean from any dirt or the like.
